We have come for circle. Earlier in my blog I talked about
the Xbox 360 and its design. This is the Xbox One the successor to the Xbox 360
and just launched a couple of weeks ago.
Not only is the console different from a technical aspect,
but it also looks amazing too. The lines are very clean and the shape is very
geometric with a touch of class to it. It really does remind me of a modern
piece of art. You might not be able to notice from the point of view, but their
console is designed with a crisscross. Diagonally on one end of the console is
shiny sleek cover and on the other end they used a more dull or matte black.
This creates interest as the console won’t look as if it one single black shiny
piece of plastic or one big matte piece of plastic. Also notice the Xbox Logo
on the far right front of the console. It actually lights up when the console
is on. It’s a very nice little touch. The use of black is also a smart choice
as well.
Most speakers and T.V. are also black in color and since
this console is advertise as an entertainment hub it would blend in perfectly
with the other two pieces of entertainment equipment. This console cost
millions to design from both a technical and artistic stand point. I would not
change a single thing about how the console looks. It’s very sleek, very modern
and just overall fits into your home entertainment area perfectly.
